The owner of the hotel was there to check us in; he was very friendly, talkative, and accommodating. Due to a minor problem with the room, he waved our pet fee. The room was clean, with a slight musty smell that immediately vanished after being in the room for a few seconds. Nice tiling in the bathroom. Crisp sheets. Quiet. Excellent breakfast with delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, and more. Hot shower and lots of pressure; our room did not have a bathtub. The Deluxe King had a nice desk, comfy chair and some room large enough for doing Yoga.

Everyone at the property, staff that is, was wonderful and very curtious and attentive. So refreshing in today's customer service atmosphere. Had enough TV channels, towels and everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazingly tended. So nice to eat eggs that are done but not overdone or liquidy. I was very happy with the coffee and the variety of offerings. I appreciated it was included in my stay. Please don't change a thing.

The staff was extremely helpful when it came to a problem with early check-in. When we got there the check-in process took less than 30 seconds. The rooms were extremely clean, you could smell that the Sheets Were freshly washed. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to rifle

Our room was very clean, bigger than expected and the breakfast was good. The food was hot, there was plenty of everything and the attendant was there checking on all of the food and refilling as needed. A very well managed motel.
